LOCK THESE IN

Three calls between you and a very chill weekend.

THE CALL

Car-light.
Plan-heavy.
Feels easy.

The lodge sits in the sweet spot: dinner, bikes, puzzles, cinema, the village, and the Recreation Path are all within an easy walk. The only ride you truly need is the station taxi.

THE WHOLE WEEKEND

Three days.
One clean rhythm.

Tap a day. On Saturday, choose the plan that matches the pavement—not the version of autumn you hoped for.

SATURDAY

Let the weather pick.

Bike if dry. Walk if damp. Go inside if cold rain. Hike only if conditions genuinely earn it.

LODGECoffee + pavement check

Dry and above freezing? Bike. Damp but comfortable? Walk the same route.

THE LAY OF THE LAND

Everything good
is right here.

Tap a pin for the address, phone, current planning notes, and one-touch directions. The dashed line is the station taxi.

THE PIN BOARD

Addresses, numbers,
and the honest take.

21 mapped places. Open any card on the map or go straight to directions.

THE DEFAULT WIN

Ride until
you’ve seen enough.

The path is 5.3 miles each way. That is a fact, not a dare. A 7–10 mile out-and-back with photos and lunch is the right amount of Saturday.

  • Dry: comfort bikes from AJ’s
  • Damp: walk the same greenway
  • Freezing or slick: move indoors

PACK FOR THE REAL OCTOBER

Think early winter.
Hope for golden.

Peak foliage is usually gone by this weekend. Valley color may hang on, but cold wind, wet leaves, and frozen high ground are more useful assumptions.

!

Skip the gondola and ski museum in the core plan. Both are normally between seasons on your dates. Treat any late operating announcement as a bonus, not an itinerary anchor.
